All packages include a meet & greet, full pet assessment, customized bath and conditioning, ear cleaning, nail care, brush out, and haircut if needed. Add-ons like teeth cleaning and flea shampoo are also available.

Yes! We groom all breeds, sizes, and coat types. Each groom is customized to your dog’s individual needs and comfort level.

Most sessions last between 1 to 2 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, and the services included.

For the first visit, yes, we ask that you be present for the meet & greet. After that, we can groom your pet with your permission, even if you're away.

We will arrange a one-time visit when you are home to meet your pet and evaluate their needs to ensure you get just what you want! Then, simply provide us a door code or a location to find a key. If you know that your pet is timid or shy, we will ask that you leave it in a small enclosed space such as a crate or a bathroom. We ask that you be available by text or phone during your appointment window if possible to answer any questions we may have about your dog's groom. If you would like us to keep a key, we are happy to do so in our secure location, or we can return it where we found it.
